dangers to our children in the neighborhood, schools and other public places.
Teach children what to do if approached or attacked. Implement child safety
techniques.
SELF-DEFENSE SEMINARS
For groups, offices, and schools.
You set the length of the seminar from 1 hour to a series of seminars. Trained
self defense instructors with years of police and martial arts experience.
Your family, group, co-workers and friends will be safer on the streets. These
are ‘hands-on’ seminars. We teach self-defense...not talk it!

WOMAN'S SELF-DEFENSE PROGRAM
Ages 13 yrs old & up
The only program in the area taught by a
veteran police officer/martial artist.
Train with an instructor who depends on self-defense
and martial arts training for his survival on the streets.
Mr. Mello is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran of
the Gulf War (Desert Storm). He served in the Marines from 1987 - 95. Mr.
Mello taught Self-defense to the Marines of 6th Motor Transport Company, USMC,
Providence, RI.
Mr. Mello is a 12 year veteran police officer with the Town
of Swansea, MA.
